As most of you know now we are starting to bare down on you guys and training your Jutsus not just learning them as if you read a book and got the skill. So I have come up with this new system which will more or less be kept away from you all so no one knows any special ways on how to get their ranking up. We are now going to be adding Chakra Control into the three skills. Now why would we do this you may ask well from now on your Jutsus will be ranked in your profiles showing how much skill you have with certain Jutsus.
There will now be a section nest to the name of the Jutsus will have between one and four stars all of which will allow you to do more damage with it. Every Star added to the name next to the will add one damage dice to the base one or your current amount you have at the time. Jutsus with only one star only have the base damage dice. The more you use and or train the jutsu the more stars you will gain.
Now some Jutsus will use d4’s and d6s which will determine how much health (Dots) they heal or how long they last just to make it fairer to those who have bad luck against those who Gaia may seem to love during certain matches.
Now on a finally note for damage unarmed strikes such as kicks and punches will be based on your strength as follows.
1-25: 1d10
26-50: 2d10
51-75: 3d10
76-100: 4d10
**Unarmed strikes cost 1 stamina point... but more about that later...
Weapon Damage
1. Shuriken(s): 1d10 [Based on a four star scale]
2. Kunai(s): 1d10 [Based on a four star scale]
3. Kunai on chain: 2d10 [based on five star scale]
4. Quarter Staff: 2d10 [based on five star scale]
5. Fuma Shuriken: 3d10 [based on six star scale]
6. Katana: 2d10 [Based on five star scale]
7. Fans: 2d10 [Based on five star scale]
8. Sebum(s): 1d10 [Based on five star scale]
9. Broadsword: 3d10 [Based on five star scale]
All damge dice are d10's so the way you tell if it is a hit for the dice is if the number lands at 7-9 If any of your numbers are 10 it bypasses all reduction and harms the target no matter what
